Information we collect

When you request service or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, address, phone number and email, along with service details such as pickup locations, tire types and scheduling preferences. If you opt in to text messages, we keep a record of your phone number and consent. Like most websites, ours may also collect basic usage data such as browser type, pages visited and IP address.

How we use it

Text messages

Our texts are limited to service-related messages such as quotes, pickup notices and reminders. You can opt in by texting START to (904) 990-1930 or by checking the consent box on our contact form. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party.

When we share information

We never sell or rent your information. We may share it only when needed to provide the service you requested (for example, giving our driver your pickup address), when required by law, or to protect our legal rights, property or safety.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

Your choices

You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
